Google Kitty Call and Dog Prank Call Made Repeated Unauthorized Charges

I am filing a complaint because Google charged my card without my knowledge or permission. Nearly every day, different amounts were charged to my İş Bankası İşCep credit card under the descriptions “Google Kitty Call,” “Dog Prank Call,” and “g.co/Helppay.” These unauthorized transactions now total approximately $63 or more. I did not approve any of these charges, nor did I request any subscription or purchase.

Although I previously submitted a complaint regarding the same issue, I have not received any response. I also tried to contact Google but could not reach anyone who could assist me. As a result, I disabled online purchases on my card and am preparing to visit my bank in person to formally dispute the transactions.

I request that Google thoroughly investigate all transactions made with my card without my knowledge or authorization, fully refund every amount that was wrongfully charged, and immediately and permanently cancel any related apps or subscriptions. The unauthorized use of my card information is a serious security issue that has caused me significant financial harm, and I want this matter resolved urgently.
