• There is no guaranteed or “proven” automatic way to remove a blacklist—only manual review by Hello Yo support can change it
• Contact Hello Yo support via in-app support or official email and state that your account is blacklisted and you’re requesting a manual review
• Provide your user ID/username, registered phone/email, blacklist date, device/region, and screenshots if any notice appears
Ask them to;
• Explain why the blacklist was applied (reports, behavior, device/IP flags)
• Review your account history manually, not via automated systems
• Remove the blacklist if no ongoing or severe violation exists
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
