I Face an Unfair Ban on Litmatch VIP 9 Account — No Reason or Support Response

I am a VIP 9 user on the Litmatch app with the account ID 65f0c441ba626e612b49b51c. On October 26, 2025, around 3:35 PM, my account was banned without any explanation. The ban was set to last until October 29, 2025, 8:39:47 PM. I did not receive any prior warning or notice—only once in the past was I given a 3-hour voice ban. I’ve spent approximately ₺350,000 (≈ $10,850) on my account and invested significant time and effort to reach this level.

No clear reason for the ban was provided, and reaching the in-app support team has been extremely difficult. Most of the time, my messages go unanswered for weeks, and sometimes I never receive a reply. Moreover, VIP 9 privileges, such as custom room backgrounds, are not being granted on time—for example, the background update that was supposed to be applied earlier this month still hasn’t been implemented.

I believe I have been unfairly banned and request a full review of my account so that the ban can be lifted. I also ask that customer service respond faster and more attentively, and that VIP benefits be delivered completely and without delay.
