Recover My Hacked Google Account After Unauthorized Access

My Google account with the email address **[email protected]** has been hacked and I can no longer log in. Someone has changed the phone number or password linked to my account, and now I am completely locked out. I use this account from India and I am very worried about how it might be misused. I have not been able to recover the account on my own and I have not yet received any help or solution from Google. I am the real owner of this account and I can provide any information or verification that may be needed to prove my identity. I kindly request that my Google account be secured, that any phone number or recovery information added by the hacker be removed, and that access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that any suspicious activity carried out through this account be checked and blocked.
