How to Cancel Google Drive 2 TB Membership

I submitted a request to terminate my Google Drive 2 TB membership and then followed the steps outlined in the online help center for my account. They did not, however, agree to return the money I paid for an account that I no longer use. They should immediately issue the refund that is rightfully mine if they do not wish to be subjected to legal action. It is not acceptable to keep more than thirty percent of my money for yourself. I demand that they reimburse me at the following email address: hanifimuratyi*****@gmail.com. In the event that they do not return my money, I will proceed to post my complaint on any and all complaint-related websites and forums. I have built up a lot of frustration over this issue, but I won't give up now.
