Google Failed to Resolve My 14-Day Refund Issue for ChatGPT Subscription

I subscribed to ChatGPT through the Google Android Market. Despite being entitled to a 14-day refund, both parties keep shifting responsibility onto each other and avoiding accountability. I have contacted both customer support teams multiple times, yet neither has provided a clear or satisfactory solution. Instead, I am left caught in the middle, wasting time and energy trying to resolve an issue that should be straightforward. This behavior is unprofessional and disappointing. Why should I deal with the consequences of a lack of agreement between your teams? This lack of coordination raises serious concerns about how customer issues are handled. It’s truly unbelievable. As a result, I’ve decided to move a total of four paid workspace accounts from Google to Microsoft. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better from companies of this scale and reputation.
