It's not like I'm accidentally deleting them either; they don't even show up in the trash, so there's no way to recover them. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a massive problem for my personal and professional life.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of support from Google. I've tried to find help, but there's no live chat, no customer service number – nothing! How can a company as massive as Google, a company that manages so much of our essential data, leave users completely in the dark when facing such a critical system error?
