Google Account Recovery Fails Because the Hacker Changed My Phone Number
I have been using my Gmail account linked to my Free Fire game from the Middle East, usually logging in on my Android phone. Around eight months ago my Gmail account was hacked. Someone gained access to it, took over the account, and changed all the security information, including the password and recovery phone number. Since then, I have not been able to log in again. When I try to use the “Forgot password” or account recovery steps, the process sends verification codes to the phone number that the hacker added, not to me, so I am completely locked out. I did not have any backup codes or recovery email set up before the hack, and I cannot complete the automatic recovery process. This Gmail account is very important to me because it is connected to my Free Fire account and other personal data. I kindly request that Google investigate this unauthorized access, help me recover my hacked Gmail account, and reset or send me a new password to an accessible contact so that I can regain control and secure my account again.
