Constant Advertisements on Goldmaster Natta 3 Android Box TV

I have a problem with my Goldmaster Natta 3 Android box TV, no idea but why just wanted to leave a note here just in case..in short I keep getting a lot of advertisements. I cannot block or stop these ads from appearing, so experiencing disruptions while watching movies and streaming on Netflix...like all the time, can you please help me with this issue? The sudden and uncontrolled appearance of advertisements is greatly impacting the device's ease of use. I hope you can fix the problem with my Goldmaster Natta 3 Android box TV quickly so that it works again. Thank you for understanding and helping me, just an appreciation beforehand.
