XM Deposit via Google Pay Not Credited to Trading Account

I deposited 8,000 ₹ to my XM trading account (account number 625911323***) on 16/09/2026 at around 9:57 pm via Google Pay. The amount was debited from my GPay and the transaction is shown as completed, but the money has not been credited to my XM account. On the same date, 16/09/2026, I contacted XM customer service and tried to resolve the issue from my side, but the amount is still not reflected in my trading account. I request that you urgently locate this payment and either credit the full 8,000 ₹ to my XM trading account or refund it back to my Google Pay, and inform me in writing about the action taken.
