Google Pay Refund for Telegram Purchase Linked to Old Phone Number

I am writing regarding a payment of 17.00 NOK made today via Google Pay for a service in the Telegram app, which I now cannot use because it is tied to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. The Telegram account where this purchase was made is registered to my previous phone number, and I can no longer receive any verification codes or log in using that number. Because of this, I cannot access or benefit from the service I paid for through Google Pay. I have not yet been able to solve this problem with either Google Pay or Telegram, and I have not contacted their support teams before this complaint. Since I paid 17.00 NOK but cannot use the service at all due to my lack of access to the old phone number, I kindly request a full refund of this payment to my account. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reviewed and my payment refunded as soon as possible.
