Temu Refund Through Google Pay Has Been Delayed for a Week

I made a purchase through the Temu application using Google Pay for products such as a phone case and a watch. However, the refund for this purchase, totaling approximately $35, has still not been processed for about one week. The transaction was made using my Yapı Kredi card, and I have the acquirer reference number: 15265675336002573183215.
Regarding the refund process, I have not been able to reach any representative from either Temu or Google Pay. I could not speak with anyone or receive any explanation about why the refund has been delayed for so long.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the approximately $35 refund be transferred back to my Yapı Kredi card as soon as possible. I also expect clear information regarding the reason for the delay and the current status of the refund process.
