Google Pay Balance Did Not Appear After Successful Bank Transfer
On 01/09/2026 at 5:43 AM, I completed a top-up transaction of approximately $3 to my Google Pay account through İş Bankası. Even though the transaction was processed successfully and the money was withdrawn from my bank account, the balance never appeared in my Google Pay account.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Google Pay support and was asked to fill out a notification/report form. However, despite completing the requested process, my balance has still not been credited to my account, and no concrete solution or meaningful update has been provided to me.
I request that the approximately $3 paid through this transaction be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect the issue to be properly investigated and for a clear explanation to be provided regarding why the payment was processed but never reflected in my Google Pay balance.
