Google Pay Refund for Itemsatis Transaction Still Has Not Arrived
Using my Garanti Bank debit card, I made a balance deposit transaction of approximately $69 today on the Itemsatis website through Google Pay. After the transaction, I experienced problems with the refund process, and the refund I was expecting still has not been credited back to my account.
Regarding the issue, I first contacted both my bank and the related company. I was informed that the problem could supposedly be resolved by Google Pay. However, after communicating with Google Pay support, my issue still was not resolved, and the refund process once again failed to produce any result.
I request that this approximately $69 transaction made through Google Pay on the Itemsatis website be canceled and that the payment be refunded to my Garanti Bankası account as soon as possible. I also expect a proper investigation into why the refund process has remained unresolved despite multiple support contacts.
