Google Pay Transaction Failed After Money Left My Bank Account
On Monday, December 15, around 7:20 PM, I made a payment of approximately $6 through Google Pay using my Garanti Bankası account. However, after completing the transaction, the amount never appeared in my Google Pay balance or account.
The receipt/transaction number for this payment is 6198000490. Even though I did not receive any error message during the transaction, the money was successfully withdrawn from my bank account while the payment itself never appeared on the Google Pay side.
Because of this issue, I request that the approximately $6 payment be investigated immediately and refunded back to my account as soon as possible. I also expect clear information regarding what caused the failed transfer despite the payment being successfully charged from my bank account.
