Google Pay Payment Never Reached My Itemsatis Wallet Balance
On December 17, between approximately 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, I made a payment of approximately $34 through Google Pay in order to add balance to my Itemsatis wallet account. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi card, and the transaction appears on my receipt under the number 5144*****530. However, despite the successful payment, the amount was never added to my Itemsatis account balance, and the money currently appears to have disappeared within the system.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Itemsatis live support. I was informed that there was a general system problem, but they could not provide me with any clear resolution date or timeline. If there is already a known widespread issue affecting payments, I believe users should be clearly informed either before making transactions or at least immediately afterward. Unfortunately, I received no notification or explanation either on the website or via email regarding this ongoing problem.
I request that this transaction connected to my Itemsatis account registered under t*************@gmail.com be urgently investigated and that the approximately $34 payment be fully credited to my site wallet balance without any further delay. Otherwise, I will be forced to begin a formal dispute process through my bank regarding the missing payment.
