Google Charged Me Twice for a 100 GB Storage Plan
Today, I purchased the 100 GB Google storage plan for approximately $1 through Google services. However, when I checked my card statement, I noticed that the charge had been processed twice on the same day, meaning a total of approximately $2 was withdrawn from my account instead of a single payment.
I did not make any additional purchase or provide approval for a second transaction, yet a duplicate charge was still taken from my card. I tried to find support through Google and attempted to contact an authorized representative regarding the issue, but I could not reach anyone or receive any assistance, leaving the problem unresolved.
This transaction was made using my Garanti Bankası Paracard, and I request a refund for the extra approximately $1 that was incorrectly charged from my account. I also ask for this billing error to be properly investigated and corrected as soon as possible, along with clear information regarding the outcome of the review process.
