GoDaddy Failed to Fix Invalid License Error on My Microsoft 365 Email

I purchased a GoDaddy Business Email (Microsoft 365) subscription for one year approximately two weeks ago. However, since Monday, I have been completely unable to access my newly created business email account because it continuously displays an "InvalidLicenseException" error.

When I contacted GoDaddy Technical Support, I was first encouraged to purchase an upgrade instead of having my existing issue resolved. After that discussion ended, I was told that the licensing problem would be fixed within 90 minutes. I explained to the representative that I was losing contact with potential customers because my business email was unavailable and asked them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the promised resolution never happened.

I then sent GoDaddy a detailed support request explaining that my annual email service had become unusable due to a licensing problem. The error message displayed the following information:

Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.InvalidLicenseException
Message: InvalidLicenseExceptionError

The issue appears to be related to a licensing or provisioning problem between GoDaddy and Microsoft 365. Since this is a brand-new annual subscription that I paid for in advance, losing access to my email so soon after purchase has caused serious disruption to my business activities.

After my complaint, GoDaddy's support team spent nearly two additional hours troubleshooting the issue and requested five or six different screenshots, all of which I provided immediately. Despite my full cooperation and the time invested, the problem still has not been resolved, and I remain locked out of my business email account.

Because of this ongoing service failure, I have been unable to communicate with existing and potential customers through my business email, causing both financial loss and damage to my business operations.

I respectfully request that GoDaddy immediately resolve the licensing issue and restore full access to my business email account. In addition, because I have been deprived of a service that I prepaid for and have experienced significant disruption during the very beginning of my annual subscription, I also request appropriate compensation, such as a service credit or an extension of my subscription period, along with a written explanation of why this licensing failure occurred.
