GoDaddy Charged Me Twice for the Same Email Service
Some time ago, I began receiving email notifications from GoDaddy informing me that my existing email service would be migrated to a Titan-powered email plan. Although I received several messages explaining the migration process and its various stages, none of the communications clearly stated that I would be charged additional fees, enrolled in a new plan, or billed for more than one email subscription.
When I reviewed my account on June 21, I discovered that I had been billed twice for the same email address. A single Titan-powered email plan fully meets my needs, yet it appears that a second plan was added and charged as though I had purchased it, even though I never requested or approved it. Under Order No. 4118086292, I was charged approximately $37 (originally ₺1,727.71) for this transaction, which occurred entirely without my knowledge or consent.
When I attempted to contact GoDaddy for assistance, I was unable to reach their support system. I also found that live customer support is no longer available for customers in Türkiye. As a result, I have been unable to obtain clarification regarding this duplicate or incorrect billing or find an appropriate representative to resolve the issue.
I respectfully request that GoDaddy cancel the second email plan that was added to my account without my authorization and issue a full refund of the excess amount charged for that unapproved subscription. I also ask GoDaddy to investigate the lack of transparency surrounding the migration process and the absence of accessible customer support, both of which have contributed to the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced.
