GoDaddy Processed an Unapproved Payment From My Credit Card
On July 1, during the afternoon, GoDaddy processed an unauthorized charge of approximately $22 (originally ₺1,030.78) to my credit card through Iyzico. I did not authorize this transaction, nor did I approve any purchase or payment related to it.
Immediately before this transaction, the only purchase I had made through Iyzico was an order from H&M. I had not carried out any other transactions through Iyzico. After reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered the unauthorized GoDaddy charge and realized that I had become the victim of an unauthorized transaction.
I respectfully request that the full amount of approximately $22 (originally ₺1,030.78) be refunded to my credit card without delay. If this unauthorized charge is not promptly reversed, I will have no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies and file formal complaints with the appropriate authorities.
