I have been actively playing Free Fire for more than 5 years and my account had reached level 71. On the evening of 29/05/26, my account was hacked and the person who took over my account changed the recovery Gmail address that I had been using throughout these years. After noticing the hack, I contacted the in‑game support to report that I had lost access and that my recovery email had been changed without my consent. Despite this, my account is still not secured back under my control, and the recovery information remains changed by the hacker. I request that my original recovery email, which I have been using for the last 5 years on this Free Fire account, be restored and the hacker’s access be completely removed so that I can safely use my account again.
