I have a 1win account registered with the email address tushalgautam***@gmail.com and the phone number 9372922995, which I no longer use. I have recently created a new 1win account, but my verification keeps failing there, and I am not able to complete withdrawals. I believe this problem is happening because my old ID is still active in your system. I clearly request that my old 1win account linked to the above email and phone number be permanently deactivated and deleted so that I can successfully verify and use my new account without any issues. I ask you to complete the deletion of my old ID and confirm this to me.
