Geosite Charged Me Without Clear Subscription Notice

I am writing regarding an unexpected charge of 216 lei taken from my account by Geosite, related to my website account. I created and used the Geosite account for only one day, and at no point was I clearly informed that there would be a paid subscription or a 216 lei fee. On 30.06.2026, the amount of 216 lei was charged, with transaction number 441846, without any prior notice or transparent information about the cost. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately requested a refund of the 216 lei and unsubscribed from the service. However, Geosite support informed me that they cannot issue the refund, which I find very disappointing, especially given the extremely short period of use and the lack of clear information about the fee beforehand. I respectfully request a full refund of the 216 lei and written confirmation that my Geosite subscription and any future charges have been completely cancelled.
