I Lost All My Investments in Just Three Days Because of GCM Yatırım

For about three months, GCM Yatırım called me every day and convinced me to register in their system, eventually getting me to open a small VIOP account. Even though I’ve been unable to trade for the past two months, the money I initially deposited is just sitting there—no profit at all, not even ₺1. The market insights they give during their morning calls are completely false and misleading. They give advice that goes directly against the actual market trends. When I mentioned I wasn’t making any profit, they told me, "If you want real profitability, you should switch to Forex." They had me open a demo account and randomly place 50 trades just so it would appear I’d met the requirement to open a real account. I told them I had no knowledge of Forex, but they said, "We’ll guide you with tips and analysis." I first deposited $1000, and they advised me to invest in stocks like Tesla and Nvidia—some of the biggest losers at the time—as well as in silver, which was also dropping significantly. From the moment I invested, my funds began to vanish. They kept telling me to add more margin. In total, I added $2800 in parts. No one contacted me—on the contrary, I had to chase them myself, struggling with my limited knowledge to recover my losses. When I asked where my account manager was, they said, "He’s on annual leave, I’ll help instead." In the end, I lost over ₺100,000 in just three days. They claim to be SPK-approved, but since they are not a global platform, the money you deposit never actually reaches the market. If you make a profit, they take a commission. If you lose, your money never enters the market—it stays entirely in their pocket. If your advisor fails to help you earn a profit, they keep pushing you in the wrong direction until you’ve deposited enough to meet their monthly targets, all under the excuse of margin top-ups. I am filing a complaint. If they don’t reach out and cover my losses, I will report them everywhere I can.
