Withdrawals are currently not permitted on the Gate.io crypto platform. The app, which claims to facilitate crypto purchases, consistently falls short in executing transactions for selling and inconveniences customers when it comes to withdrawing funds. There is nobody available to reach out to. I have included comprehensive screenshots for your reference. If my money is not refunded, I will take the necessary steps to address this issue with the relevant authorities.
