I have been unable to log into my Gate.io account for a long time. When logging in on my computer, I first enter my email address and password, then successfully input the SMS code sent to my phone and the verification code sent to my email. However, at the final step, when I enter the Google Authenticator code, I consistently receive an “invalid code” error and cannot access my account.
This issue has been ongoing for more than 5–6 months. I try again from time to time, and each time I attempt to log in 4–5 times, but I encounter the same error and am unable to sign in. My Google Authenticator is linked to the email address a*********@gmail.com**, and I still have full access to that email account.
I tried to contact the Gate.io support team, but even to access the support form, I am required to log into my account first. Since I cannot log in, I am unable to reach customer support at all and cannot get help through any channel regarding this issue.
I have crypto assets in my account, and I currently have an urgent need for cash, so I need to withdraw these assets. Because I cannot access my account due to the Google Authenticator verification problem, I am in a difficult situation. I am requesting that my Google Authenticator verification issue be resolved while maintaining account security, that my account access be restored, and, if possible, that Gate.io provide a direct support channel for users who are unable to log in.
