Gate.io Delisted My SLF Tokens and My Balance Disappeared

I am experiencing a serious issue with my SLF holdings on the Gate.io exchange following the delisting of the token. After the delisting process was completed, I could no longer see any balance in my account. My SLF holdings, which were worth approximately $389, completely disappeared from my wallet. There is no remaining token balance, no replacement asset, and no warning or notification explaining what happened to the funds.
Throughout this process, I did not receive any automatic conversion to USDT or any other cryptocurrency. No compensation, reimbursement, or alternative asset was credited to my account. As a result, a significant portion of my portfolio appears to have vanished without explanation.
Unfortunately, Gate.io does not provide adequate Turkish-language support, making it difficult for me to communicate my issue clearly to the support team. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, I have not received any meaningful explanation, update, or guidance regarding the status of my delisted SLF holdings.
I request that Gate.io conduct a thorough review of my account and provide a clear explanation regarding what happened to my SLF balance after the delisting. I also request either the restoration of my holdings or fair compensation based on the value and conditions applicable at the time of the delisting.
As a customer, I expect transparency, proper communication, and a fair resolution. I would appreciate a detailed written response explaining the delisting process, the treatment of customer balances, and the steps being taken to address my financial loss.
