Garnier Vitamin C Cream Bottles Arrived Nearly Half Empty

On December 30, 2025 (three days ago), I purchased three units of Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Daily Moisturizing Cream (50 ml) from the Migros Mall of Istanbul store. From the very beginning, all three bottles were delivered to me nearly half empty. I did not open the bottles in any way, nor did I touch or remove the protective seals.
I had previously purchased two units of the same product from another Migros location, and those bottles were completely full. In other words, despite being the same brand and the same product, there is a very clear difference in fill levels between the bottles. When I shake the three underfilled products, the cream inside barely moves, which clearly shows that the filling level is not normal.
I reported the situation to Garnier on the same day via email with photos. When I called the company today, I was told that “this is how the factory filling is,” and that the situation is normal. I find this explanation both misleading and unrealistic, because I personally own fully filled bottles of the same product, and when I checked the same product today at several cosmetic stores, I did not see any similar underfilling.
I request a clear explanation regarding this response that attempts to present underfilling as normal. If Garnier stands by this claim, I ask them to provide concrete visual evidence by sharing an example of another brand’s cream with a similar filling appearance. Regarding the three underfilled products I received, I request that my grievance be resolved and that these products be replaced with properly filled ones.
