Restore a Google-Linked Free Fire Account After an Email Change Hack
I have been playing Garena Free Fire with my Google‑bound account for about three months, and on 9 August 2026 my account appears to have been hacked. The hacker changed the bound email of my game account, and since that moment I have not been able to log in with my original Google binding. When I try to access my account through the official Free Fire login page, I receive an error message saying that the system cannot find my account by openid and that there is “noAccount”. The affected account has the in‑game username “ING CUPID” and the UID 1853633368. On this account I have invested approximately 2 lakh in in‑game purchases and built up significant progress and items, which I am now completely unable to access. This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional loss, because all my purchases and progress are currently locked behind an account that was taken over without my consent. I request that my Free Fire account with username “ING CUPID” and UID 1853633368 be fully restored and the bound email be returned to my original Google binding, so that I can safely access all my purchases and game progress again. I also ask that the security of my account be reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly about the steps taken and any additional security measures I should use to prevent such an incident from happening again.
