Remove Unjust Ban in Garena Free Fire

Yesterday evening, my team gathered for a ranked squad match in Garena Free Fire. We entered the game several times without any issues. However, when we entered the game for the last time, all four of our screens froze and didn't open. We tried refreshing the game by re-entering, but none of our accounts were fixed. Since then, whenever I log in, the game freezes after 5 or 10 seconds, and I can't do anything. We've tried everything, but it's not working. We shouldn't be banned just because the other side used cheats. I am appealing to the Free Fire authorities and the game developers: Please don't waste my efforts, please fix this.
