Recover My Account

Dear Garena Support Team, I am requesting your urgent help to recover my original Free Fire account and secure it. I play on an Android device. My Free Fire UID is 3398692121 and my account was linked to the Gmail address sahilp***[email protected]. Today, 9 October 2026, between around 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, I noticed that something was wrong with my account. When I try to log in with my original linked Google account, a different new Free Fire account opens instead of my original one. When I log in, the game takes me to the new account creation screen and asks me to create a nickname, instead of opening my original account. I also received a critical security warning on my Google account saying that someone tried to change the way I sign in, and now Google sometimes shows “We couldn't verify it's you” for my email, which makes me believe that another person has changed the linked account or accessed my Free Fire account without my permission. I have not contacted Garena support before this message. I kindly request you to investigate this situation, check the security of my account and help me recover my original Free Fire account linked to UID 3398692121.
