Garena Free Fire, Request Appeal Regarding My Hacked Account

July 16 11:30 AM

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Garena Free Fire account, which appears to have been hacked and taken over. My original Free Fire UID is 2156503305 and it was originally linked to my Gmail address: 9a.4***@gmail.com. Around February or March 2026, someone managed to bind a recovery email to my account. After about 15 days, this person seems to have made that recovery email the main one for the account. Since then, whenever I log in with my original Gmail, instead of my original account a completely new, low‑level “noob” account appears which is not mine. This clearly shows that my main account and its data have been moved away from my Gmail and replaced with a new account. I have already contacted Garena/Free Fire support and shared information about my case, but despite my efforts my account is still not restored and the wrong new account continues to show on my Gmail. I am very upset because I invested a lot of time and money into my original account, and I am now unable to use it through no fault of my own. I kindly request that you restore my original Free Fire account with UID 2156503305 back to my original Gmail address 9a.4***@gmail.com, remove any hacker‑added email bindings, and delete or remove the new “noob” account that is currently linked to this Gmail so that my genuine account appears again when I log in. I ask you to review my previous tickets, check your logs, and help me recover full access to my rightful account as soon as possible.
