Please Remove My Old Gmail

I was using a Samsung phone, probably a Galaxy A20, with a Gmail account bound to the device. My phone broke and I gave it to a shopkeeper for repair. When I received the phone back, it had been completely reset and I lost access to the Gmail account that was previously bound to the phone. I no longer remember the exact Gmail address that was linked, but I have a screenshot from before showing that I was logged in to that account. My UID is 9278798802. Because of this situation, I am unable to use my device properly with my own account and I cannot remove the old bound Gmail by myself. I request that Google review my case, use the information and screenshot I can provide, and remove the old bound Gmail from my phone so that I can use my device with a new or current Gmail account.
