Lost Old Account And Connected New Account

I am writing about a serious problem I experienced today with my Garena Free Fire account. My previous account, whose original in‑game name was “Dᴀᴇᴍᴏɴㅤ!!” and whose UID is 824853749, has suddenly become inaccessible and appears to be bound to another ID. The current in‑game name on this UID is now shown as “@tufan°”. Today I was playing on another account on a different server. After I logged out of that account and tried to log back into my main Free Fire account, the game automatically logged me into a completely new account. My old account with the UID 824853749 and original name “Dᴀᴇᴍᴏɴㅤ!!” disappeared and I could not access it again. It looks like my original account is now linked to a different ID or has been replaced, and now appears as “@tufan°”. I have purchase history for this lost account and I can provide it if needed. I also know all details about the account and its contents. Despite this, I currently have no way to reach it through normal login methods. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account with UID 824853749 be restored with all items, progress and purchases, and that the wrong ID binding be investigated and corrected.
