On August 31, 2025, around 3:00 PM, while playing Free Fire on my Android device, I encountered highly offensive behavior from a player using the username “Luffyahh31.” This individual repeatedly used abusive, vulgar, and inappropriate language in the in-game chat. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have seen this player engage in such behavior, as they have previously shared similar offensive content during matches.
My own in-game username is “MBS_9999.” I have not yet reported this issue through the in-game support system, but the experience seriously disrupted my gameplay and made the environment hostile. Toxic players like this not only ruin the gaming experience but also discourage fair and respectful competition.
I request that Garena Free Fire’s moderation team take immediate action to investigate this account and suspend it if necessary. I also ask that stronger measures be implemented to prevent repeated harassment and offensive behavior in the chat system. Ensuring a safe and respectful community is essential, and I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.
