I Face Access Restriction Issue with Free Fire on iPhone 12 After Reporting Player
I am experiencing an ongoing issue with Garena Free Fire while playing on my iPhone 12. Recently, after I reported a suspicious player in the game, I immediately received the message: “This team is under review due to suspicious players” and was blocked from accessing the match. This has happened to me before, and unfortunately, it occurred again today.
To resolve the problem, I tried several steps including deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, and even switching between different internet connections. Despite all these efforts, the problem persists. I want to emphasize that I have not received any warnings, bans, or account restrictions. My in-game username is sebu5260, and I should not be prevented from playing.
I already contacted Free Fire’s support team, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. This situation is frustrating because I follow the rules, and yet I am being unfairly restricted after simply reporting suspicious activity.
I kindly ask Free Fire to investigate this technical issue urgently, restore my full access to the game, and ensure that I can play without interruptions.
