Dear Garena Free Fire Support,
I’m writing because I can’t use the in-game microphone. Every time I try to enable voice chat, I get the warning: “Mic Muted Due to Low Behavior Rating.” This message keeps popping up and blocks me from communicating with my teammates.
If I’ve made any mistake in the past that lowered my behavior score, I sincerely apologize. However, I believe I deserve a second chance. I want to enjoy the full game experience, especially teamwork in competitive matches, and this restriction is really affecting my gameplay.
Please review my account and re-enable my microphone access. I’m more than willing to follow all community guidelines moving forward. I truly hope this issue can be resolved soon.
