I Am Asking Garena Support to Unban My Europe Server Free Fire Account

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account on the Europe server, which has been permanently banned as shown in the attached screenshot. On the ban screen it says “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended” and indicates that the suspension is permanent for my account with UID 2614704070 and nickname F5 SLIFERO, region Europe. My account was banned around 2022 and I did not receive any clear or detailed explanation about what “abnormal activities” supposedly took place. I believe this ban is unfair, because I have not knowingly used cheats, hacks or any third‑party software, and I have not engaged in any behavior that should lead to a permanent suspension. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly investigated again and that the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me with concrete evidence. If no valid rule violation can be proven, I ask that my account on the Europe server be reactivated and the permanent suspension removed, so that I can continue playing the game.
