Free Fire Permanent Ban Appeal: Account Suspended for Abnormal Activity

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook profile and belongs to the Europe region with UID 2376401699 and the nickname AUT L A B ARABIA. My account has been permanently suspended with the message “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended – Permanent”, and since then I have not been able to open or access it. The problem occurred while I was in the game. I pressed a certain feature and right after that, the suspension message appeared and my account was blocked. I understand that this might have been interpreted as abnormal activity or a rule violation, but I did not intend to harm the game, other players or the system. I am very attached to this account and I have spent money and a lot of time to improve it. I kindly and clearly request that my account be carefully reviewed and that the permanent suspension be removed, and that my account be fully reopened so I can access and play again. If you believe a rule was violated, I ask you to consider converting the permanent ban into a temporary penalty or to provide a clear explanation of what exactly was detected so that I can avoid it in the future. My main expectation is that my account will be unlocked and opened again so that I can continue using it under the rules.
