Well, my account got banned earlier because I downloaded it from an app called Gbox on my other device(Hawaii). As soon as I logged in to Free Fire on my other device it said Account Ban. Its frustrating considering how much money I spent on that account and how it got suspended even tho I didn't use hacks or play with a hacker. Please find it in your heart to help me recover my account(id:3816032999) Thank you

One day, I encountered what I believed was a Free Fire server problem, and I couldn’t open my Free Fire account. Thinking I might be able to access it through a third-party app, I downloaded Free Fire from Chrome and tried to log in. Within a few seconds, my account was blocked. I didn’t do anything wrong, so I don’t understand why my account was blocked. I’ve attached a picture of my account below. My ID is 2216637340.
