Garena Free Fire Banned Me For Changing Game Code – Request Account Unban

Hello Garena Free Fire Support Team, I am writing about my Free Fire account which has been permanently banned for “changing game code” due to abnormal activities, as shown in the screenshot. My in‑game ID is 5612224175 and I play on the MENA server. I log into my account through Facebook. I have been playing Free Fire since 2020 and during all this time I have always played fairly. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, third‑party apps or any tools to change the game code or gain an unfair advantage. I truly love this game and have spent a lot of time and also money on it, to the point that my parents were even angry with me for staying up late and playing so much just to improve and grind. Through this game I have also made friends and built memories. Before the ban I played a match with a friend I did not think would ever cheat. That was my last game before going offline. When I logged in the next day, I saw the permanent ban message and felt heartbroken, because it seemed that all my time, effort and money spent on this game had gone to waste. If I unknowingly did something wrong, I sincerely apologize, but I truly believe I have always tried to be a fair and honest player. I kindly ask you to investigate my account and the matches around the time of the ban, especially the last game I played with that friend. If there is any misunderstanding, I request that you remove the permanent ban from my account and restore my access.
