Garena Rejects Ban Appeals for Player ID 2967689592 Following Third-Party Use

Hello everyone, I'm writing this with a heavy heart. I started playing Free Fire when I was just 12 years old. Now I'm 20, and my account that I worked on for 8 years, spent money on, and played with so much love... is permanently banned. I let a relative play on it recently, and he let a friend use it. A day later, the account was banned for "suspicious activity." I contacted Garena multiple times, but they keep saying the ban is permanent and can't be reversed. I never cheated. I never used hacks. I just trusted the wrong person. I really think Garena should have temporary bans or at least a chance to appeal after a certain time.
