I am a Garena Free Fire player, and I am writing to report a serious concern regarding a recent Booyah Pass theme that I find offensive to Islamic values. On September 1, 2026, I saw a theme in the Booyah Pass section featuring a carpet with the name “Allah” written in Urdu. Two characters appear to be standing on or looking upward from the carpet. Using the name of Allah as a decorative element on a carpet within a video game, especially in a way that involves characters standing on or around it, is deeply disrespectful and hurtful to me as a Muslim. Using a sacred name in this manner as part of an entertainment item feels like a serious insult to our religious culture and beliefs.

I tried to report this issue through Garena Free Fire’s customer support, but when I attempted to log in or create an account through the support center, I received a message stating that my region is not available for login. As a result, I have been unable to communicate my concern directly through your official support channels.

I respectfully request that you review this specific Booyah Pass theme and consider removing or changing it. I also ask that Garena avoid using the name of Allah or other sacred Islamic elements in similar entertainment-related contexts in the future.
