Garena Free Fire Account Ban Issue

I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my Free Fire India account. On 15.06.2025, my account was banned with the message that abnormal activities were detected and that the ban is permanent, with the reason stated as “Cheat.” I would like to clearly state that I personally have never used any third‑party applications, tools or cheats on my account. However, my account was also used by some of my friends, and I now believe that they may have used certain tools or third‑party applications without my knowledge and without my permission. I am not aware of what exactly they used, but I understand that this may have caused my account to be flagged. Despite this, I feel that a permanent ban is very harsh for me as the main owner of the account, especially since I did not knowingly engage in cheating or unfair play. I kindly and sincerely request that you review my account in detail, re‑examine the logs and activities, and reconsider the decision of a permanent ban. I respectfully ask you to restore access to my Free Fire account or at least give me one more chance under clear rules, with the understanding that I will never allow anyone else to use my account or any kind of third‑party tool in the future.
