When I tried to log in, I did not receive any explanation or message on the screen about why my account was suspended. I had invested both time and money into this account, including purchases of approximately 1,500 Bangladeshi Taka for in‑game items and benefits. After the suspension, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support, but I have not received any response or clarification about the situation. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that I be informed clearly of the reason for the suspension, and that my account be unbanned if there has been any mistake. If reactivation is not possible, I at least expect a detailed explanation and a fair solution regarding the money and time I have spent on this account.
