Free Fire Restriction Error Recovery Demand

I play Free Fire mobile under the username 2264578277, and I recently received a ban notice stating that I’m restricted from joining teams until 2025-10-16 06:31. Because of this, the group mode feature has been disabled on my account.

However, I have never violated any rules. I have always played the game respectfully, fairly, and according to the community guidelines. My account contains over ₺4,000 worth of in-game purchases, including diamonds, characters, and outfits, all of which are now affected by this restriction.

This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an issue, and I haven’t yet contacted customer support. I kindly request that this team restriction be reviewed and lifted, as I have not committed any rule violations.
