Free Fire Permanent Suspension and Request for Account Reinstatement

I have been playing Free Fire with my Facebook account for a long time and I received a message on my screen stating that abnormal activities were detected on my account and that it was permanently suspended. The UID of my account is 2137051863 and my in‑game nickname is CRIMINAL.2. This suspension took place on 10/02/2021 and since then I have not been able to access my account. I admit that I made a mistake and I understand that this may be the reason for the sanction on my account. However, I have put a lot of time and effort into this account and Free Fire is very important to me. I sincerely regret what happened and I would like to ask for one more chance. I kindly request that my account and the applied permanent ban be re‑evaluated and, if possible, that my account be restored or the penalty reduced. I am ready to fully comply with all rules and policies from now on and I ask you to consider my regret and give me another opportunity.
