Free Fire Permanent Ban for "Altering Game Code" After VPN Use – Appeal

I am a Free Fire player whose account has been permanently banned. Due to the unstable internet situation in my country, I had to use a VPN in order to be able to connect to the game servers and play normally. After this, on 17.07.2027 my account, which I log into via Google, was suddenly suspended. When I try to log in now, I see the message saying that there are abnormal activities and that my account has been permanently suspended for “altering game code.” I have never used any cheats, scripts, or any programs to change or manipulate the game files. The only tool I used was a VPN so I could overcome connection problems and enter the game, and I did this only because of the poor network conditions in my country. I kindly request that my account be re‑checked in detail and that this permanent ban be lifted. From now on I will no longer use VPN and will fully comply with all Free Fire rules and policies. I have invested time and effort into this account and would be very grateful if you could give me one more chance and restore access to my account.
