I play Garena Free Fire from Nepal on an Android phone and I am currently unable to receive the OTP code on my bound Gmail account when trying to log in. This problem started on 17 April 2026 at around 12:10 a.m., and since then I have not been able to get any OTP message to access my account. My game ID is 1544712967, my in‑game name is あ┊ㅤEʀᴇɴㅤ₰, and my bound Gmail address is lokendrag***@gmail.com. I have already contacted Garena/Free Fire customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far. Because of this situation, I am stuck at the login stage and cannot use my account as usual. I request that you urgently check and fix the OTP system for my Gmail login so that I can receive the verification code and regain access to my Free Fire account.
