I am urgently requesting help regarding access to my Garena Free Fire account and the OTP verification process. My in-game name is krishna, my Player ID is 2032743893, and my account is currently linked to the Gmail address majumderridoy***@gmail.com.
On March 21, 2026, I accidentally unsubscribed from OTP emails from Garena in my Gmail account, and since then I have not been able to receive any verification codes. At the same time, I had previously shared my account ID with a friend, and that person is now attempting to unlink my Gmail from the account without my permission.
According to the system, there are only a few days left before my Gmail will be permanently removed from the account, which is causing me serious concern. Because I am no longer receiving OTP emails, I cannot properly secure my account or stop the unlinking process.
